I am excited about attending the 7 Habits workshop and having the opportunity to visit with fellow Blount County Administrators. I have enjoyed the opportunity to examine all the different areas of my life and reflect on ways to improve and make each area more efficient and effective. For me, the difficuly part will be the follow-through, taking what I have learned and applying it in the weeks and months to come. Hopefully,this blogging activity will help to make me review, reflect, and realize the mission and roles that I have identified.
