Win-Win

I have a meeting with a parent before school ws out that did not go well. I have a new meeting scheduled to try to work out the situdation. I am going to try to use my 7 Habits skills to steer this meeting in a better direction. Beginning with the end in mind I am going to seek first to understand and try to end with a win-win outcome.
